About the event
Join us as we meet our Patients where they are physically, emotionally, and financially during World Homeless Day. Freestanding Communities - The New Orleans Community Health Outreach Team will join local organizations in providing resources and assistance to our unhoused neighbors of New Orleans. Services will include health screenings, hot meals, haircuts, hygiene products, and other community resources.
